The top level of Mar y Sol has one of the most stunning views I have ever seen. My Aunt Leslie hosted her birthday party in the exclusive private room of this spectacular restaurant in the Guancaste region. We had appetizers, sushi and cocktails, watched the sunset, and then sat down to a delicious and creative dinner.
